The main reason why some digital printing machine print nozzles can be used for two years, and some have to be replaced after less than one year, is the daily maintenance habit. If you want the nozzle to have a long service life and be in the best working condition all the time, these daily protection and maintenance tasks are indispensable.
Precautions for the use of nozzles
1. Do not install or disassemble the electronic components of the digital printing machine at will without turning off the power switch and cutting off the main power supply, otherwise it will damage the service life of each system and endanger the nozzle.
2. Regardless of replacing or fine-tuning the nozzle during use, do not use brute force, and replace or fine-tune the nozzle according to the specifications of the instrument manual.
3. Do not mix two different inks during use. Different inks have different configuration materials. Mixing two different inks may cause chemical reactions, which will directly affect the printing effect and even cause nozzle blockage.
4. Do not remove the nozzle from the digital printing machine and leave it exposed, especially in dusty places. Because the moisture contained in the ink will gradually evaporate, and drying the ink may cause permanent clogging, which cannot be repaired, so when the nozzle clogging occurs, it should be cleaned and repaired in time.
5. The nozzle cleaning fluid is corrosive to a certain extent, and it is recommended to clean it in an appropriate amount each time.
Precautions for nozzle cleaning
Manual cleaning should be carried out according to the steps in the operation requirements
1. When cleaning, put a piece of thin rubber tube on the front end of the medical syringe, and fill it with strictly filtered cleaning solution for washing. When flushing, use a magnifying glass to carefully observe the nozzle hole. If there is silted residue next to the nozzle hole, it can be removed with a soft rubber product. The integrated print nozzles that have been left unused for a long time block the nozzle holes due to dry ink, and can be cleaned with a special cleaning solution.
2. Do not clean the nozzle with sharp objects, do not hit the nozzle, and do not touch the nozzle directly with your hands.
3. Do not disassemble or install the sprinkler head in the state of static electricity or electrification, and do not touch the electrical contacts on the sprinkler head with hands or other objects.
The price of nozzles has been rising all the way and remains high. Only by doing a good job in the daily maintenance of nozzles can the nozzles work better, save more costs and improve production efficiency.
