1. EPSON I3200-A1 printhead 

EPSON I3200-A1 printhead  has 3200 nozzles, variable drop ink technology, improves printing resolution, improves color restoration degree, up to four levels of gray print can be supported.

2. IMPORTED THK MUTE GUIDE RAIL

Japanese double THK mute guide rail, moving steadily, longer working life and reducing the resistance and noise of carriage moving during the high speed printing.

3. NEW INTEGRATED HEAD CAPPING STATION

Advanced head clean and moisture unit, easy to operate and maintain. Auto or Manual mode can be selected.

4. IMPORTED FLUORORUBBER PINCH ROLLER

lmported fluororubber pinch roller , preventing statics which may result in ink misting during printing. Specially designed pinch roller, which can be lifted up independently to eliminate wrinkle during printing.

5. ANTI COLLISION SYSTEM IN CARRIAGE

lt is easy and convenient to adjust the printhead height according to different media. And anti collision system installed on both sides of carriage, which automatic detect any force on carriage way to protect the printhead inside.

6. BULK TANK AND SUB-TANK INK SUPPLY SYSTEM

Bulk tank and sub-tank Ink supply system which makes sure constant ink supply and guarantee output quality. Ink shortage alarm system is equipped to remind operator to refill ink timely.

7. LEADSHINE BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR

High precision driver linear encoder, higher resolution. fewer errors in length, more stable running.

8. INTELLIGENT TAKE UP UNIT WITH INFLATABLE ROLLER

Support max 1000m media loading, which can reduce the frequency of media loading. There is swing shaft with sensor bar which can provide constant tension during media taking up.
