1. EPSON I3200-A1 printhead 

EPSON I3200-A1 printhead  has 3200 nozzles, variable drop ink technology, improves printing resolution, improves color restoration degree, up to four levels of gray print can be supported.

2. IMPORTED FLUORORUBBER PINCH ROLLER

Multi-row independent pinch rollers, which can be lifted seperately, ensurethe media moving without wrinkle.

3. LEADSHINE BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR

The X and Y direction both use Leadshine servo motors which ensure the stablity and durability.

4. NEW INTEGRATED HEAD CAPPING STATION 

Equipped with advanced intelligent auto printhead cleaning and moisturizing device, which can pump ink well and keep the ink flow fluently.

5. BULK TANK INK SUPPLY SYSTEM

Bulk tanks with 3L capacity make sure the continuous ink supply. Sub-tank is to keep all colors ink at the same level. It is also equipped with a disc filter, which can effectively remove impurities in the ink, ensure smooth ink supply and protect the printhead.

7. ANTI COLLISION SYSTEM IN CARRIAGE

lt is easy and convenient to adjust the printhead height according to different media. And anti collision system installed on both sides of carriage, which automatic detect any force on carriage way to protect the printhead inside.

8. Dryer System

The FD1900 sublimation printer has intelligent air and heat integrated dryer, with upper and lower heating levels, middle warm air, and intelligent start and stop technology, ensures more energy saving while drying.
