After a full year of R&D and testing, Fedar 8-head digital printing machine has been upgraded again, with 3.2m printing width, max printing speed is 420sqm/h enriching the application solutions in the ultra-wide field.
1.Fedar Fully enclosed ink cap station, tighter airtight, long-lasting moisturizing, automatic cleaning, cleaner and simpler printing.
2.4.5L large-capacity ink cartridges, matched with four 500ml secondary float buffer ink tanks; automatic alarm for main ink cartridge level detection.
3.Servo motor, high-power motor, large driving force, faster speed and more stable operation.
4.Fedar Anti-collision structure system: The position of the print head can be adjusted according to different printing consumables, and anti-collision devices are added at both ends to provide more comprehensive safety protection for the heads
5.Expansion type self-locking synchronous wheel structure to ensure uniform step accuracy and smaller error
6.Inflatable shaft type taking-up and feeding system: The feeding and taking-up system can rewind 1000 meters of paper. It has the characteristics of large load-bearing weight, long service life, uniform loading and rewinding force, and short inflating and deflating operation time. The unique swing lever in this system ensures that the paper is evenly stressed during the entire printing process, and the taking is smooth and firm.
