As the mainstream production method of textile printing, digital printing machine has been generally accepted by the industry market, and its ultra-high production efficiency has brought huge profit improvement space to printing factories. Good things should be cherished. Although the digital printing machine can be produced efficiently, its maintenance cannot be ignored. Timely maintenance can effectively reduce the damage rate of the machine, thereby reducing maintenance costs and bringing more benefits.
Daily maintenance:
Print Platform Check:
The printing platform should be kept free of foreign objects to avoid scratches and damage to the print head.
Ink stack:
Keep it clean at all times, because the ink cartridge is the accessory that comes into direct contact with the printhead.
Raster:
Observe whether the grating has dust stains, etc. It is recommended not to clean the inconspicuous dust stains. If you need to clean it, it is recommended to wipe it with a white cloth dipped in alcohol. The cleanliness and position changes of the grating will affect the movement of the carriage and the printing effect.
Filter:
Regularly check whether the filter is blocked, clean and replace it in time, and the filter in front of the nozzle must be replaced.
Blade:
The cleaning mechanism is kept clean, and the scraper is kept clean and free from damage, so as to avoid affecting the ink scraping effect.
Nozzle:
Regularly check the nozzle mirror and its surroundings for debris accumulation and clean it up, move the trolley to the cleaning position, and use a cotton swab dipped in cleaning fluid to clean the ink residue around the nozzle, so as not to affect the cleaning effect.
Ink:
Ensure that the ink cartridges are full of ink to avoid emptying the print head, causing damage and blockage of the print head.
